"Adult" on kids menu at TS meals?
If a child of 11 eats a kids meal at a table service restaurant, will it still be an adult credit?
What about a character buffet? or a character family style meal? What about vice versa- a child of 8, can they eat an adult meal on a child credit? Thanks in advance! P.S. A child can buy an adult QS meal on a "child" c redit. What about the other way around- an adult buying a kids meal- is it charged as an adult QS credit? Thanks

Hi,
If a child of 11 eats a kids meal at a table service restaurant, will it still be an adult credit? If you have any kids credits on your account you could use those (the server won't ID a 11yr old or anything). If no kids credits, you can choose to save the adult credit for another meal and pay cash for the kids meal (which plenty of people do). This only applies to non-buffet/family style meals. If it's a case of the adult meal being a bit grown up for their taste, the restaurant will usually be happy to do a adult sized version of a kids meal (adult credit) or tweak a dish. What about a character buffet? or a character family style meal? This goes purely off age, so yes an adult credit. Not just character family style, all family style meals. What about vice versa- a child of 8, can they eat an adult meal on a child credit? For a quick service meal yes because the credits aren't broken down until adult/child like TS meal credits are. For a table service, they would be OK to order an adult meal but you would need to pay using one of your own adult credits. P.S. A child can buy an adult QS meal on a "child" credit. What about the other way around- an adult buying a kids meal- is it charged as an adult QS credit? As above, the QS is not split into age groups so any adult or child can order any qualifying meal they wish (be it from the adult or kids menu). Hope that makes sense.

1.Yes- or do as MissF suggests & pay OOP & save TS credit
2.Still an adult credit 3.No but you can ask for a child's sized portion of the adult meal, most places are accommodating SD
