Mobile Delta through virgin holidays?

Hi all I'm confused regards my flights im booked LHR to BOS then BOS to LHR with delta in the main cabin. Does anyone know if i still have luggage included is says on the app im economy classic? Also on the way back ive noticed a really short connection time if its missed because of delays queues etc will i pay to be moved to a later flight? I've only ever flown direct before.

If you are economy classic you will have luggage most likely, however if you take the "locator" code (like a booking reference) and put it into the Delta "manage my booking" page on their website it will tell you the exact luggage rules associated to your ticket.

In relation to the missed connection, so long as it's the airline (or nature's) fault you will be out onto the next available flight free of charge (the word available is key here - it doesn't necessarily mean the next flight)

However if you miss it because you decided buying some.cheap booze in the duty free was more important (for instance) you will have to pay for the next flight

Classic includes checked bags. It doesn't matter which airline you are on if VH have sold you all your flights on one ticket your bags are covered on every leg.

You can check airport minimum connection times and even change flights if they have changed after you booked.

Remember on a homeward journey you only have t get yourself to the next gate. Your bags will be checked through to your destination.

If you miss your connecting flight Delta will put you on another one.

VH are in charge of getting you home though so have their customer service numbers with your paperwork.

Awesome, thanks I have a 90min layover at jfk so I was concerned. I’m travelling alone with a 13yr old so I think my main worry now is having to sit away from her should our flight change as she gets really anxious I hadn’t noticed quite how tight it was.

We've got 1hr 12mins connection in JFK. We're doing Tampa-JFK-Glasgow.

Have to admit it worries me a little. But I'm trusting it will all work out and know the airline has to sort us out if not. It's the best of a really bad bunch of flight choices this year and everything else about them are perfect for us so we're willing to risk it.

The same, I had booked direct to match my daughters independent school holidays then I was offered a permanent contract at a great school so I had to change to regular school holidays. It was the best and most affordable alternative.
