What time to arrive at the transportation centre
Hi all,
We'll be trying to get to the parks for opening - just to beat some of the queues at the start of the day. I've checked out estimated park opening times for June - I think they'll all open at 9am (Disney). What time would you arrive at the transportation centre in order to get to the parks on time for opening/first load of people in the park? We'll probably be using the Lynx buses so trying to work out bus times. Ta! |

I would say get there for 08:00, for MK,it's the only one that lets you in to the park early, you get "held" in Mainstreet - they want you to buy stuff! & Park opens at 09:00. MK is also the only one that is separated from the parking lot, so for the others you could near enough stroll up at 08:55

Depending on where you are staying, I know the Lynx 50 goes to the Super stop at Disney Springs- transfer to a park bus & they drop you right outside MK - TTC is separated from MK by Bay lake so it's a ferry or monorail to MK & why I said 08:00.

Buses do not run from Disney Springs to parks.
OP would need to take a bus to a hotel nearby their park destination, and transfer again. plus Disney Springs buses do not run as early as those from TTC OP : arrive at TTC, then transfer to MK, then transfer to whatever park using the park buses. if you're going to MK allow 20 minutes from TTC to MK if you're going to EPCOT, allow 30 minutes from TTC to EPCOT with the monorail if you're going DHS or DAK allow 20 more minutes from MK to either park (so 40 minutes from TTC) then if you want to be among the first ones to enter a park, be there at least 30 minutes before park opening so, be at TTC at least : 50 minutes before opening for MK 60 minutes for EPCOT 70 minutes for DHS or DAK |

Just so you know, people are now allowed into MK (up to the hub area) from 7.45 onwards on the days that MK opens at 9. So even though people won’t be able to get on rides, if you only arrive just before 9 you may find that there are already a huge amount of people ahead of you in the hub

Take Lynx 50, get off at Disney Springs walk across the bridge to SSR (everyone else does, I know because it's my home resort!) which takes 10mins, take bus to MK

well, much quicker
from SSR you'll be able to catch a disney bus to all 4 parks, and be at that park in 15 minutes (plus wait time for the bus) staying on the Lynx will take you 20 minutes to TTC, then it will take time to go to MK on the monorail, and then again, time to catch a bus to another park if MK is not your destination so, yes, it could effectively cut your travel time in half. |
