is it me or has this taken Universal a long time for them to build. There usually so quick, I'm sure they started building this before they broke ground on Volcano Bay

Just read a vip premiere is happening 2nd May. Don't know if soft openings will happen before or if it will open to the public on the 3rd.

I was in Flight of Passage yesterday and got talking to a cast member who also works at universal and will be working at the Fast and Furious ride. He said that it’s ready to go so he thought that because there had been some unofficial ‘leaks’ about the ride they would probably start soft openings in the next week or so.

Not open today, but all the boards are down and it looks ready. No hints as to when that will be from the team members mind.

We were there this evening, it was just soft Openings but was a 60 min wait so chose to go on the other rides rather than wait, bit of a mixed review most said it was fab, a few abit disappointed, I imagine they'll continue with some soft openings before it opens fully
