Florida Masters - Beyond Angry!

Came here as I just got a quote from Florida Masters for our next trip in 2020.
Price seemed good but simple things like grammar and finer points were a miss. Glad I read this thread.
Although I'm sure others may have had no issues with them.

More importantly I hope your holiday last year went well @disneybobby.

And if you do read this, congratulations on the 25 years +

Florida Masters cancelled and rsbooked our flight in 2015 and we lost our bubble seats too. Luckily I checked most days and picked up on it quickly. Phoned them and they got our bubble seats back. Angry is an understatement. They also phoned to try to get us to change our villa to one miles away from the parks and I told them no. I wanted what I had paid for. A few days frim our leaving date they rang to say we couldn't have a 12 seater vehicle as there were none available and we would have to have 2 cars. On arriving to collect the two cars we were offered a 12 seater. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Not been on for a while, how FM are still trading I've no idea, the hassle they put me through not to mention the stress.

I won't go anywhere near them & I advise people to STAY CLEAR!

We had a FANTASTIC TIME! We want to relive it again & again, thank you for asking, hope your 2nd transplant is working well & that you make many memories when you go, live life to the full, we know better than anyone that we've been given a chance to live it due to our transplants.
