1 QS credit for 3 snacks

So I have read that you can use 1 QS credit for 3 snacks...

Does this mean I could get three items at Epcot F&W (I presume from the same food cart/stand) and just use one QS credit? I presume we wouldn't get a drink on top of that?

Yes, however if you ask in your resort they can change them for you but I wouldn't recommend you do this until you've used all your snack credits as they are normally hard to use anyway

Yes, you can get 3 snack items for 1 QS credit at the F&W booths, including any drinks that have the snack credit next to them on the menu, so 2 snacks to eat plus a drink. Unfortunately it doesn't include the alcoholic drinks even though they're now included with a QS credit. You're correct that they all need to be from the same booth too

Thank you we booked today - first time on QSDP (or any dining plan!) so very excited.

I didn’t know you could get the hotel to change a QS credit to 3 snacks. That’s a good tip for if we do need more snacks as we are planning on a lot of time at F&W and would like to get stuff from all different booths

Is that something you've actually done? I've heard a few people mention it, but others saying that they've been told it's not possible when asked.

We used plenty of snack and qs credits last year, and still had loads left at the end of our holiday. I'm not 100% sure how successful getting your resort to swap credits is - it's certainly not widely reported and I've read of it being very hit and miss when I have read about it. Don't worry though, as you will have plenty of credits to use. You might find it helpful to look at the qsdp food report that I wrote last year. The link is in blue at the bottom of my signature

Hi yes we did a couple the first trip on Ddp and again the second trip we had loads we did it in our resort shop at OKW they offered it, and a few other places did it round Epcot F&W we have never been told you can't when ever I asked

Sorry, I might have misunderstood your first post, but it sounded like you asked at your resort for them to swap 1qs credit for 3 snack credits on your account, so you could use those snack credits later elsewhere. I think that's what the op thought you meant too. Did you just mean that you bought 3 snack items for 1 QS credit at your resort shop? If so, that's widely accepted and done all over, but swapping them on your account isn't

Hi no you read it right they put the QS and TS meals to snack credits at my resort on my account for me to spend later in other places I also did as you said and brought snacks with left over QS meals
As I said they offered to change them as we were a couple of days before going home and had a few meals left over i think in the end we had about 30 snack credits to come home with sweets etc!
Which is why I said don't change them up until near the end as its a bit of a waste really especially the TS to snacks but it really is too much food for my DH and me even though we love our food and used a lot at F and W
