No, not worried either; I’ve travelled on my current ESTA 5 times so far since it started; twice in the last 3 months.
Just one of those glitches. |

Hi L2P My circumstances were a tad different. Nov 2012, first time with B2 visa, IO stamps pp's 180/B2 but inadvertently keystroke admits me as VWP [90 day], consequently upon leaving in 2013 I was [obliviously] flagged as a 61 day over-stayer. My guess: holding B2 granted me leave to fly Nov 2013 when I was sent to Secondary, only then did I become flag aware. Superb Supervisor corrected immediately and [touch wood] we've had no issues since.

I got this email this year as well. I emailed them and they asked for photos of our passports and any documentation of our flight such as boarding passes etc and any proof we were not currently in the US. I emailed that all to them - it took them a while to respond but we got an email saying that they had checked our documents and have corrected the details so no further action is necessary.
My view is that if you are there trying to get back into the country - they can hardly argue you didn't leave :-) - however I am glad it is sorted now as I would probably have worried about it. Our original flight was cancelled due to storms so we got moved, I assume that is the reason for us not being recorded as leaving.

On the first point you're talking sense, but who is to say you aren't living there, and left the day before via dodgy means in order to come back in and become legitimate again.
As for the second point, that's decidedly poor. they should process a flight as it leaves when they know exactly who is on it.

Hi our flight home was rescheduled because of a thunderstorm - it was initially redirected to Sanford but eventually flew to MCO for our flight to Gatwick. We travelled with another couple (separate bookings) and they had the same email ... it can’t be just a co-incidence, maybe it hasnt registered people on our whole flight?

Agreed - I was really surprised they accepted boarding passes as proof you left the country. I had several boarding passes for flights we didn't take as due to storms we got moved to other flights.
