My first trip was not until I was 15 and then visited every 2-3 years with my mum, dad and sister- it was the one family holiday I was always happy to go on at that age 😁 however everyone is different so very much depends on your own family I think

My 12 and 14 year olds told us they don’t want to Disney this time around and just want to do universal Busch sea world which was abit gutting but suppose they’re getting older now and want the big rides, we’ve also got a 5 year old who can’t wait to see Mickey so the other two will have to come, just a shame we’re paying so much money for 2 kids who don’t want to go for the sake of 1 who does 😩

I would look at it from a different direction. He isn't willing to communicate when he is happy so I would just keep going ahead until he complains. Have your kids been involved in any of the planning? Is at least one day devoted to what each one of them wants to do?
