I've been using MFP on and off for some time now, but seriously since November and have lost 8lbs to date (it was more but we not long got back from a week in Cyprus!). Anyway, I was thinking it would be great to have some friends on there who are trying to lose weight for a trip to Disney too! If anyone wants to add me my name is Angellore on there too.

Started my fitness pal on January 22nd , lost a stone so far. Would be happy to lose another two before we travel in August. My wife started the week after and as lost just short of a stone. Love MFP because it doesn't feel like a diet.

Ive just started using it again recently, but have stalled...not putting on, not losing last time I lost loads but not this time around! Might try something else. If only we could wake up skinny without any effort involved at all!

I've just started again on it as it's true, your calories creep if you don't track them. Will add you

I'm on it too. I did really well last year but seem to have fallen off the wagon foodwise at the minute but at least I am keeping up with the exercise. I have found having a few Dibbers as friends has certainly helped.
