Superdry in Bluewater would not accept a picture of the voucher. Said they'd been told had to see actual voucher now.

Its a digital voucher anyway? You can just print it out? Doesnt make much a difference I guess.

My Mum and Aunty used it at the Trafford Centre yesterday and got the Spanish inquisition about which member of staff in store they knew. When they said no one, they got funny with them - but as my Mum pointed out, it says "give to all your friends and family" so there is no requirement for it to have come directly from an employee. They honoured it, but reluctantly. Whereas on Saturday, they had no bother!
Thanks again OP - despite the red tape, they saved lots

I tried to use the voucher today instore. They refused point blank to take it either on my phone or take the one I had printed out. They said it needed to be the actual original card. Not happy at all as I had loads of purchases. I used it 2 years ago no problem. Any tips! ?

Can you try a different store?
I used it yesterday at one new change (near St. Paul's cathedral) in London. No problem at all. Seems a bit hit & miss in places. |
