NOW tv Broadband

Im looking to change our BB provider, NOW tv have a good deal on atm, has anyone experience of them, are they any good?

I�ve had my broadband/landline with them for over a year now... never had a problem...but, I am not a gamer... when the year was up, the price shot up...so I called them asking if they could lower it again or I was going to leave...and now it�s cheaper than last year...when I first signed up, the deal was �70 back through Quidco.

Thats good to know, yes im looking at Quidco, its �90 CB now, so think i will change over after over 15 +yrs with Talktalk, they cant match NOW price.

I was with Talk Talk for 15+ years too...great cash back..

Oh really, yes think its time for a change.

Can i ask how to do it

do i just carry on through Quidco, or do I have to call anyone before hand.

Also did you automatically keep your phone number?

I just done it through Quidco...yes, I kept my number. 🙂

We moved to Now Broadband and phone line in October. We moved from Sky who own Now. Other than receiving a new hub nothing really changed and it was easy to set up. Our speeds are better as we now have fibre. We did go through topcashback for �70 but although it tracked ok to start with another claim then showed up about a week later. The one from my order date has declined and the one that showed up after shows payable but at �0. I have submitted a missing cashback claim but I'm not too hopeful.

Oh! That�s annoying... my �70 tracked and paid after the first month I think.
