What is the most useful item you have ever bought?

Following on from the useless item thread, what's the most useful item you've bought?

Mine is a breadmaker. I use it 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes just for dough to make rolls but mostly for bread. We haven't bought bread in a shop for ages.

It was a wanted gift, but my ice cream maker. I use it a significant amount of times a month.
And it makes me smile.

My tea bag bin. We drink excessive amounts of tea and this little beauty sits right next to the kettle collecting the tea bags 😂

Definitely our first dishwasher.

We couldn’t see the point... until we had one.

A pizza stone for the oven, use it every week (the one for the BBQ is also pretty useful!)

Love my dishwasher too.
When our first one broke down I was gutted and waited about 3 months (it felt like forever) before we bought a new one.
When we moved in 2015 we didn’t have one in our new home until we had a new kitchen 3 months later, I’d forgotten how much washing up there was after a Christmas dinner 🙈
