If you have changed the password each time, indicates someone has maybe got access to your email. Change your email password.

I keep getting calls telling me my Amazon Prime account will be charging my
debit card, please press 3 etc etc.

I don't have a Amazon Prime account, they drive me mad, calling at 8.30am, and throughout the day.

I’ve had loads of these recently too. When I questioned him, one man said he would get a supervisor and then the exact same voice came back on but with a different name 🤣 I have to admit I have had my fun with them (although as soon as they get a sniff that I am not going to give them any information, they tend to hang up) but I am now ignoring all calls to my landline.

We had this. On the 5th call of the day I decided to hang on and wait. It went on to repeat the message again and then finally it went through to someone. I didn't say anything and waited until they got fed up of saying hello and put the phone down. We haven't had any more since
