Tui, sales must be down

Just seen an advert for Tui, advertising for Disney. Never seen one from them before, sales must be down. Perhaps now is the time to negotionate!

I called in to my local branch last weekend and I�m still waiting for them to call with a price!
Never-mind their loss, I�ve booked it now.

I've found them to be pants in the past, for Florida they would only ever let me go for 7 or 14 days, I couldn't do 19 or 21 that I wanted to do.

For my next trip in December they stopped flying from Newcastle in the winter so I went elsewhere.

I've even gone in before to get a brochure and when asked the girl just pointed out the one on the wall, didn't even get off her bum or ask if she could help more.

I even looked at them for little family trips to Menorca and Turkey and their prices were a lot more than Thomas Cook.

My local branch is always empty compared to TC

I've booked through tui for my up coming trip. I've wanted to make amendments but when ever I go to my local branch or call customer services they can't change it because I've gone through special assistance. My booking is technically in store (it's in England and I'm in Scotland) but none of their systems are linked so I have to so everything through them even though they give you logins
