Seen that BB is due to close from 13th Sept, for refurb, we arrive on 10th and have discovery cove on 12th so the only chance we have to go is 11th. Has anyone been in the last few days before it closes,? Is it crazy busy?

I was thinking as it's emh at MK and we will be awake at stupid o'clock we could get there for 8am then go to bb at lunchtime, will this work or will it be full to capacity by that time ?

Waterpark will be very busy at midday, I would think just about the worst time of day to arrive. We found BB had really long queues for everything after the first hour. To be honest I would just skip it altogether, that time of year Disney usually only has one waterpark open, just go to the other one, you have DC too, I would not see BB as essential.

It might work better to go mid afternoon, lots of people seem to go earlier in the day then are leaving by then, it can especially empty out if there has been a storm. I agree with Claudette though that unless you are huge water park fans, doing both of them isn’t an essential if it is difficult to fit in

It is definitely closed from 13th September. One of the Disney waterparks always shuts down from September to about January and then the other one shuts down from January for a couple of months.

Im so upset by this! They don't always close one September as previous visit i've been on at this time of year we've had them both open. I wouldn't say they are crazy at midday either! We arrived at 11am until 2 one day and walked onto every ride straight away! If you haven't been before or are super into water parks id say defiantly go. If your not overly bothered either way then maybe skip it? I will miss it!

BB closed last year on the day we arrived - didn't miss it really as we prefer TL.
