New years Resolutions... light and easy thread please.

Can we keep this thread light please, no Covid… just fun...

What are your new years resolutions if you have any.

In January, I want a couple of things, to stop drinking... , try to go Vegan for a month and maybe more, only buy food we need every day or so, instead of visiting every supermarket all the time and having 3 freezers full and still buying takeaways... and the biggest...… LOSE WEIGHT for a couple of holidays, god willing. xxxx

Well whats yours...…

I haven’t thought about January yet but last year’s resolution was to buy a new iron as I have only the very cheapest of irons. I have just over a month to go to achieve my New Year’s resolution!😂

I have been thinking about this recently. Usually my resolutions are things like losing weight, more exercise, clear out the attic or whatever and of course I fail each time.

This time my list will be more like a bucket list of nice things I want to do next year. I want to do more day trips - I am going to plan for one or two a month. Have a spa day, go back to Japan (well that’s up to Covid) etc. After this year I am not going to be so hard on myself.

My kinda girl. Hubby has a special birthday next year... I have taken my pension VERY early unfortunately, due to illness so I want to do something wonderful hopefully. We have booked Italy, but am looking into doing something really special whilst I can. 4 holidays sound wonderful. xxxx

My New Years Resolution is to spend less time on the DIBB 😳☹️
Hubbie thinks I’m having an affair 🙄🙊
And maybe just maybe have less coffee’s out 😬😩
It doesn’t help when everyone buys us Costa & Starbucks gift cards for Xmas

Was discussing with husband earlier where he would like to go next Christmas just an hour ago. (We see our family every other years so have year off to galivant) would really like to be in Oz or NZ but think we will be on the West Coast of Fl.
