I've seen lots of it,like I said it was all addressed by them years ago,that should have been it really,but a lot of people have taken it on themselves to ruin them.
I do agree with you on social media being a cesspit,I can't imagine why anyone would get into vlogging,even the Dibb vloggers get a lot of abuse.😳

I have increasingly gone off Vloggers as I’ve seen more:
- Laziness, same stuff.
- Some can’t even be bothered to get decent camera equipment and it’s always going out of focus etc. These are ‘professionals’.
- Dubious practises. Some don’t seem to have a job but are not full time Vloggers either. I have read the rumours some are on benefits, but flying First class to Disney regularly. Doesn’t seem right. Naming no names.
- Outright scams. DAS abuse, parking ruses, fake ADR ruses etc. You name it.
- I had the unfortunate experience of meeting two who will remain nameless who I really liked to follow. However, both my wife and I found them quite dismissive, and I only went up to them to say nice things. Goodness this is not Taylor Swift but someone with a fairly minor YouTube channel.
There are a few good ones out there. I also like the Ben and David cruise channel, as they go out of their way to make extremely professional videos, good visuals, equipment, graphics.

I think theirs are broadcast standard productions, very informative. It takes major work to get it as good as they do.

I actually like Knightstrider especially when hid dad is with him "Garvey" is hilarious", like others used to like Tim Tracker but his oomph has gone watched him the other day first time in a while he was covering opening of the Tassies Twister new updated version in Aquatica and it was fine but just not as good as he was which is a shame, seems to lack energy

I don’t think you should sell yourself short! Everyone has their own tastes and you be someone’s.
Also maybe you look at it from a different angle? Like is there anything you’ve ever tried to find information on that you’ve struggled with?

Exactly this. We will try vlogging over our next 3 trips. I already know I am Marmite but I am also thick skinned. Social media is a foul place sometimes full of idiots. We watch vloggs for entertainment but a lot of the time for info and have seen and discovered some really valuable stuff. Maybe I can pass on some help or knowledge.

We made videos of our Florida trips for us to watch back and put them online, they did ok and people enjoyed them... When lockdown hit we did weekly updates and now 3-400 people a week watch them. We don't do anything particularly exciting, but people just like a bit of escapism in someone elses life. We've made some good friends through it too.
