Thanks, no just for fun and used to take stuff into work when we were in! Used to do prettier stuff and cupcakes but haven't bothered recently. Lots of cookies and scones.. Want to try doing orange and lemon ones, as used to buy St clements scones from a artisan market that were gorgeous.

I wish I had dibb neighbours, could share and slow my weight gain

We are getting new neighbours this week. House next door, couple moved out yesterday. No idea who our new ones will be!

This one is from a lady my sister knows in Derbyshire. Will add the missing bits 🤣

I made sweet pastry with icing sugar added. Baked it blind in a tray bake sized tin with baking beans for 10 mins. My sister makes hers in a round flan tin. Cream the stork buttery and sugar together add the eggs 3 teaspoons almond essence then ground almonds. Spoon the jam onto the cooked pastry base a nice layer but not too much then spoon over almond mix smooth and scatter almonds.
I changed the jam to cherry. I baked it at 170 fan for 30-35 mins.
