You could also try Florida Rentals.
You book direct with the owners and are not charged booking fees so it should be cheaper than VRBO.

We found a villa we liked on VBRO. However I managed to find the management company that managed the property who also had a website listing the villa and it was £600 cheaper than VBRO. I would imagine some of the saving is in the fees charged by VBRO.
