Cabana bay or surfside?

When we were there last their was no restriction on using the bus to any of the hotels, so yes you could use the bus. We however just used Uber down to the area around the Orlando eye it was less then $10. But also there is a millers just across from portfino, short cut through their car park.

I was told by virgin this was an error and parking was complimentary. I have an email to confirm this.
In the end we went with another company.

Virgin holdays have now updated website cabana bay includes free parking plus free tubes for lazy river and welcome cocktail 😃

stayed at Cabana in 2016, the parking was free, the tubes for the lazy river was complementary and the welcome cocktail was delicious

Cabana is a Virgin favorite so they give some perks

I was booked for surf side, however some of the reviews were not complementary so i am planning for Aventura next year

We went to cabana bay the last two February’s. I can honestly say it’s fab! Walked round Surfside and it just didn’t ‘do’ it for us.
We used lift and Uber quite a bit (got LOADS of free trips and had lots of online offers) usually paid $1-2 a ride! Obviously we gave them good tips in cash. And the travel to and from the airport was exemplary. 😀
