Unfortunately I have a credit to use through the above.

I've had an awful experience with them and will never use again.

But, if I request OKW 1 bed at 11 months out and request ground floor and block 62 what are the chances of this company getting me this?

No requests are guaranteed save at OKW there is a category which is guaranteed of ‘Near Hospitality House’. As I mentioned on the other thread, outside that requests are a crap shoot- even when paying Disney for OKW as a cash booking. This is an extremely highly requested building with lifts, and the best strategy is to request multiple buildings in the hope they will satisfy one. OKW has near 100% occupancy year round, and there could be another 100 people requesting the same room. Request hospitality house though, they are great rooms and bookable 11 months out. These are building 11,12,13 and 14 I believe.

Building 62 is not classed as Hospital House Area. Buildings 11, 12, 13, 14 and 23, 24, 25, 26. We prefer the 20’s buildings.

I don’t think they have any control over your room allocation, that’s all down to Disney.

In terms of getting a booking though, we found OKW at 11 months had good availability with Davids. We actually wanted Boardwalk or Beach club which they couldn’t get so went with OKW instead.
