Anyone had any updates on their Florida Escapes Universal tickets refunds?

missbubbles Getting to know the DIBB Join Date: Apr 16	I was told as they extended the tickets until Dec 2021 (we have no intention to travel this year) there would be no refund or transfer. I contacted Universal direct and they have given me a reference number and told me to get in touch in December only as they do not have an equivalent to the tickets we bought for 2022 as yet. So no refund but the ability to transfer near the time.

I don't even have my tickets as FE asked for them back before they could refund, that was August. Universal say they can't do anything.

I have done, no reply apart from the standard one saying they have "mothballed" the company. Have your replies from them been recent?
