Magic Bands
When we first changed our dates, we had to change all our magic bands that we chose (the paid for ones) but this time, it’s just been stuck saying our bands will be available for pick up. I emailed them when we first changed the dates and they said we’d have to change them again but nothing’s changed. I don’t really want to email them about it yet because it’s not really urgent but I was just wondering if anyone else had changed their dates and what your MDE says if so?
I know it’s not an important thing but I’ve got a lot of time on my hands at the moment 😂

I didn't move my dates but when I cancelled I contacted this email as they were the ones who dealt with the Magic Band orders so it might be worth popping them along an email to see what they say

Oh no, I loved the ones that I ordered but unfortunately, they're unable to transfer them across to our new booking for whatever reason. We were originally booked for Sept 2020 but had to move to Feb 2021. I'd picked the bands for Sept 2020 and then when we changed the booking, those bands got refunded and I was able to pick new ones. Obviously, we had to move again so we moved from Feb 2021 to Sept 2021 but the old bands just seem to be stuck in our account as if we'll be picking them up in February but says on our resort booking that there are no magic bands linked to our booking. I emailed them and they said there's no way of transferring the February bands to our new booking so I'm just sort of stuck in limbo. I've emailed them again so hopefully they'll be able to help, I was just wondering if anyone else was in the same situation! I hope that all makes sense, I know it's confusing!
