Day trip to st. Augustine

I noticed on the Florida tix site they have a day trip to st. Augustine at reasonable price has anybody done this and if so how much time to get there and is it worth it thank you

We love st Augustine, beautiful place. We stay overnight as there is more to see and do than a day trip

We've not done an organised trip, but a day trip to StAg is very worth while as it a lovely and interesting place, a huge contrast to Orlando.

It depends on your 5 yo, but I don't think mine would have enjoyed it at that age.

We did a day trip a few years ago, wish we had stayed overnight. Mine would have loved it at 5. We did the hop on hop off bus with Old Town Trolley Tours, which included free parking, and you could add selected attractions, we chose a package that included the Old Jail, which kids absolutely loved, the old shop, again made fun and interesting, a colonial museum and a pirate museum, here is my trip report https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho...d.php?t=896695

Thanks for that but as it's 40 years since our daughters were 5 I couldn't offer any useful comments on this thread.
