Best Deck Aft or Mid Ship?

Looking at booking a 4 night cruise today but this is all new to me!

Which is the best Deck to book on the Disney Dream and also is it best to be Mid ship or aft and suggestions on port or starboard?

Any advice would be fab!

Hi, I would book starboard so that you have a view of Castaway Cay (only applicable for oceanview or veranda rooms of course)!

For an oceanview room, see if any Cat 8a's are available. Best ones are on deck 5 as they have a wall between the bed and the sofa making for a HUGE suite! They only sleep 3 though and are all 'forward'.
You can see them here in hot pink. The connecting ones are the ones with the little arrow over the line. These staterooms go fast so don't get your hopes up!

Here are some inside locations 'aft'. Nothing bothers us really for being front or back, but I would avoid being next to or opposite a laundry personally (people forget to be quiet if they're chatting at night in the laundry room). Being aft means stairs straight down or up to food/drinks though.

When you book, you must remember to say 'connecting' rooms and not adjoining ok - 2 very different things in DCL language.
Your deposit will be 20% of the total cruise cost so you can work that out by looking on the DCL website.

Let us know if you have any more questions.

ETA: If you are going for 2 x inside, just go with the cheapest rooms, don't be talked into upgrading. You will have double space and 2 bathrooms, you don't need anything else!
Lots of inside rooms on deck 2 which we love. You will feel the vibration more when you dock and pull away, but you need to get up anyway so all good!
See how many here!

I would avoid deck 10, here is often lots of noise when they are moving the furniture on the pool deck which can be right above your head. The view at Castaway Cay is amazing but tbh you can see it as well if not better from the decks so do not let the port/starboard bother you too much. If everything else with the room suits it is not a deal-breaker.
