Availability and prices, 2020
Hi all, I am looking at various dates in 2020, almost all of which have poor availability of hotels, also extortionate prices 😅. Only disneyland hotel has the half board offer, is this normal now? We haven't been since 2014. Looked at Jan, Feb, may and end of August so far! Family of five, Thanks for any advice

Are you looking in school holidays? And what prices are you coming up with? I've booked Santa Fe for 4 nights/5 days for February half term for £1200 and i'm happy with that - just Eurostar which is the killer... This also includes the half board option.

If all of your party of 5 are aged 3 and over that does restrict which onsite hotel rooms will show up for you as most hotel rooms are for a maximum of 4 guests. There are more options offsite and then you can source park tickets separately, or try pricing up 2 rooms onsite instead of one room for 5.

Thanks both, no am trying to price out of school holidays. Yes all will be above three. I much prefer an online stay but will have a look. Good point re room for five. Have tried all sorts of dates! Thanks again

I've booked for May 2020, with the half board offer. I think Sammy is right, it may be the family make up. I've noticed previously that the family rooms in Santa Fe aren't included in offers, etc. In the long run it might be better to get two rooms and ask for them to be adjoining. X

Thanks, I am missing something tho... 🤣. I can't see how to get two rooms up as an option, looking at start of may it just gives us Davy crockett and disneyland hotel, where do I specify two rooms? 🙃

Just chatted with DLP for you. And quote:
"For two or more rooms you will need a new booking for each room. You may then request the rooms to be together, but this cannot be guaranteed." "The Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Newport Bay Hotel, Village Nature and Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe have room types that can hold five people in one room." Does this help you at all?

the easiest way to check for prices before you call to book, is to look at one room at a time, so price up on the website one room for one adult and 2 children in, and then one room for one adult and 1 child in - the total for those 2 rooms is what you'll pay. Then you can call DLP to actually book the 2 rooms.

As above, but you can also get quotes for two rooms without calling, on Magic Breaks. Xx

Thanks v much all for advice and help. .. Santa fe and Newport must not be available for my dates in that case. I did do two separate searches for two rooms in sequoia for may but it came to 2700 all together for four nights, without travel.
