Mobile DLP in December - Staying on site

Hi all - wondering if you can help

I am thinking about taking my family of four to DLP and stay in the flagship hotel (forgot the name) over December once the kids break up from school (20th)

I was hoping to take them out early (lunch time) and catch a plane to Paris and have a nice meal or whatever in Paris and hit our nice hotel room, and have a couple of days and return on the 23rd.

Ideally wanting the half board meal pass so we can get a full Disney experience, albeit on a short stay

Anyone know the best place to book, best time to book etc? Are the prices particularly good booking this time of year?

Thanks all

We did this a couple of years ago. I booked in the January, when they had the free nights offer on, so we got four nights / five days in the Disneyland Hotel (the flagship hotel) for £1200, for two adults and two children.

(We took the children out of school a day early, though, so our arrival date was a super value date, which kept the price down.)

It was a magical holiday, and the children loved all the character dining we did.

Best offers:
For our four night stay, the free nights offer was a good deal. (For various reasons, getting the free half board wasn’t a good option for us, so we paid for that separately.) For your shorter stay, then free half board, or % off should work out better, if they’re available.

Where to book:
It’s usually better to book direct, but not necessarily through the UK site. Check the French / German DLP sites etc too. It can be worth checking other providers like Magic Breaks - they’ve never been good for us, possibly because we drive to DLP, so we just book hotel & dining. If you need flights, it’s worth checking sites like Magic Breaks for a good package deal.

Hi

We went last December but from 16th - 19th, offer was 25% off and free half board, the week we went was listed as value season and I booked direct with disney via the german site and paid 747 euro for 1 adult, 1 teen and 1 child for hotel Santa Fe. My children's schools were finishing on Friday 20th so this was their last week of the term and school were happy for us to miss a few days which was great in terms of cost.

There is pricing grid showing the pricing structure for each date which gives an idea of what to expect,

Hope this helps.

Hi

Just looked at the grid for your dates and from 20th onward you are in high season so the prices will reflect that, going midweek that week if you can would give a better deal and crowd levels would be lower.

It is a lovely time to visit and the parks are magical.
