No FPs for Toy Story Mania in April/May

Hi all

it was my 60 days FP booking window day today, and I was so focused on getting a fastpass for Flight of Passage that it took me a little while to realise that there was no availability for Toy Story Midway Mania on any of my holiday days.
It struck me as odd that I couldn't get ANY time so did a search and
found this story from a few weeks ago

wdwnt/2018/02/toy-story-...ywood-studios/

Looks like no FPs for my trip at all

I'm guessing the only thing for it is to get there first thing and head straight to the ride with everyone else

Any tips for making the most of Hollywood Studios when you get there super early - any good breakfast recommendations for afterwards?!

Noo that’s rubbish! That falls right when we’re there! And that’s my fav ride at HS.
Hollywood and vine do breakfast! You could try and score an early adr and go to toy story first thing?

We’re going 6-20th April and the only FP we managed to find for it was the 6th so yes I think they have made it just the normal queue after that!

I can totally see why they have done this though, as we have just got back and with just 2 tracks and fastpass the wait times were awful. There is no way they would be able to operate with both when only 1 lane. Even the fastpass + Q took us 25 minutes!

Oh no ... I presume that wouldn't apply to DAS as they couldn't expect someone with a DAS to wait in normal queue

Perhaps not, but even with DAS, you'd get a return time of like 2+ hours in the future.

Chances are for DAS they will do loading via the exit during this period - or DAS just might not be available for this attraction during this reduced capacity period.

Would be good to see if they become available again from the 7th May, otherwise not sure we would bother going...

Hopefully someone with 60 days can tell us next week!
