Help with vegan breakfast choices

Staying at AKL, just wondering if soya milk available to buy for breakfast and any other options if anyone tried. Is there a food court similar to POR (our usual hotel)
Never noticed choice before , but this year we have 2 members of family joining us who are vegans

Thank you. Already planned the parks but it just getting a decent breakfast to start the day. Plan to take some porridge etc and Nakd bars .
We are used to POR, and this is our first AKL stay so was in doubt what their food court would entail

I'm vegetarian rather than vegan, but if you have instagram I found a good page called 'vegandisneyworld' and it's great with lots of photos of food places and snacks!

They have went to Tusker House for breakfast and said there are quite a few options, and also Trails End at Fort Wilderness.

Thank you, another dibber replied with same link and found it very useful. We have a mixed party that include1 vegetarian and 2 vegan . Ok with the vegetarian as we generally travel together (daughter) but my granddaughter and boyfriend are the vegans.
We also plan on a supermarket shop for them. Believe a Publix is just under a mile away so they can probably pick up a few snacks there as well
