how long to allow for meals?

I know it varies but as a rough guide for mains & dessert how long would you allow for a ts meal?
Trying to work out timings for adrs & shows like I have booked yak & yeti for 7.30pm would that leave me enough time to make the rivers of light show afterwards?

thanks

I always allow an hour and a half but we don't like to rush. You also have to consider that if it is a busy time of year you sometimes have to wait a few minutes for your table

We are generally in and out in a hour. However I heard on a podcast this week the introduction of alcohol has messed Disney’s service plans about unexpectedly adding and average 15 minutes per meal. I’ve never taken 90 minutes apart from at the signatures.

Bear in mind sometimes you have to wait to be seated as well. Usually we have been seated straight away, but sometimes we had to wait a good 20 minutes or so.
