Vegetarian and World Showcase

I'm really looking forward to going back to Epcot and hopefully completing the world showcase this time (last trip we only made it to the American pavilion for the candlelight processional, so only halfway!). I love snacks so I'd like to try as many as possible. What would people recommend for a veggie to try?

So far I have :

Kakigori with sweet milk topping - Japan
School bread - Norway
Anything from Karamell Kuche - Germany
Nudel Gratin - Germany
Humous Fries = Morocco

I�d have a look at vegandisneyworld�s Instagram page as a lot of the things they post are vegetarian options that have been modified to be vegan! Hope that helps
