eating from the booths in epcot on ddp?

hi, im looking at maybe trying a day in epcot and just eating round the world from the booths but wondered what this uses on our dining plan? is it a snack credit or quick credit at each booth, in which case would it be worth just paying oop instead so as not to use too many? our idea is to eat like this rather than a meal that day?
what have others done?

A lot of them (certainly all the stalls in food and wine or the flower festival) are in clouded on the dining plan. Some of the best snack credit options out there!

They are snack credits, not quick service credits.
Really good use of snack credits as they are usually quite expensive to pay for OOP.
Most things are included as a snack but think there are a few exceptions (usually alcohol)

If you mean the food and wine festival booths, then they're a great way to use snack credits. You can also use qs credits and that will get you 3 snacks from the same booth. Most people have loads of snack credits left at the end of their holiday anyway, and this is a really fun way to use them. Each booth offers a variety of options and any that are snack credit eligible will have the little snack credit symbol next to them in the menu boards, so it's very easy to see. Paying oop could get expensive very quickly!

We used sone of ours during the flower and garden festival last April and I wrote about it in my qsdp report. You can see what food we got and what credits we used here to give you an idea:

Yep..Snack credits...We used lots on our last trip two years ago in October but this year with 84 snack credits, it's gonna be a challenge.Dont miss out on the famous fillet steak from the Canadian booth, the favourite of Le Cellier..

We mistakenly "saved up" out snack credits last year as we knew the F&W was starting on day 10 of our trip - we ended up trying to use them all from booths and not succeeding (we had 54!) - I ended up buying food etc for others in line!
We now would keep around 20 snack credits back but use the others elsewhere on the trip - it just was crazy how hard we found it to use them (and we like to eat!).
There are 4 of us and we tried to get one of everything we all liked the sound of from each booth and then shared it all - that way we all got to try everything but we didn't get too full.
I think had it been at the beginning of our trip rather than the end, it wouldn't have posed a problem.

Don't forget that if you are buying 3 items from one booth, you can request that the CM uses x1 QS credit (that converts to 3 snacks) instead so you don't use all your snacks if you are worried. We did this without any problems at all.
