What’s happening in Manchester, again thousands allowed to meet for illegal raves with no action from police. Stabbings ,rape and death.

I've just looked this up on the Manchester evening news. How disgusting. Blatant disregard for the police and current lockdown rules. Not to mention the rape and stabbings. What is our world coming to?

My best friend is in manchester. She is passed herself. She is/was a keyworker so has been working part time throughout (was better than getting furloughed) so her kids have been in school 2/3 days a week depending on her hours. She told me last week her local schools are now fully closed due to R rating and this weekend has told me she is worried to go out to work due to disregard of rules and other things ( linked to the thread topic due to the area she works in). She is worried that its going to be a while before they can return to normal.

I’m from Manchester and family and friends are there. This makes me so worried, angry and sad at the same time!
