Mobile Still can’t get through to virgin

I’m trying get through to virgin as our payment date is less than a month away

We have booked a package for October
14 days unlimited Disney,universal
Car and off site hotel

So far all we have paid is a deposit but our remaining balance is due next month

I’m still so uncertain on what’s in store for us, I’m not upto date with all Disney I keep reading about people booking their days in advance and sold out dates ?

We still don’t have an actual ticket to do so

I honestly don’t know where we stand
I’m trying follow posts and all making zero sense

Iv 2 kids asking me everyday what’s happening and Iv no idea

have you filled in the online request form? took about 4 weeks for them to call me and that was 3 weeks prior to departure. everything was re arranged in 10 minutes. i was offered the option to cancel and get a refund also.

Our payment date is in 4 days and can't get a response anywhere. We can't afford to wait until two weeks before we were due to fly. We need to rebook things we've booked separately and sort out annual leave. It's really frustrating.

I am literally in the same boat as you, due to pay the balance on 9th July. Filled out the form a want to rearrange as 2 of our party are unable to go.

Found a virgin number this morning on here that seem to work, was on hold for 4 hours got to 1st in the queue and it just cut off.

I am livid to say the least!

I just want to speak to someone to discuss moving the holiday! Dont want a refund etc.

I am just baffled how some people have manage to get through to them no problem and some people are having no luck!

i saw a tweet from Virgin that basically said that those customers who repeatedly sent DMs don't get pushed up the queue, it appears that it restarts the process.

So send one message and wait for them to respond - currently the average wait time for a response to a DM on twitter is 6 days

I sent mine 10 days ago and nothing since. I did have a reply on WhatsApp from someone who asked for my booking info and then she just disappeared and never replied again. That was last week so I don’t know what happened there.

I get a better response on WhatsApp ,the agent even called me on Saturday after a WhatsApp convo.
To be blunt though,she was useless and kept coming back after leaving us on hold for an hour at a time to keep going over the same details .

We have had no luck with whatsapp, they respond, but as they arent on the 'Disney team' they cannot give answers.
Apparently the Disney team only work Mon-Fri too, so its pretty impossible to get a hold of them if you also work full time!
Luckily i havent had any meetings today which has meant my mobile has been on hold with them since 9am.
1st call cut off after 4 hours and i called straight back to be put at the back of the queue, and im still waiting!

Oh that’s a shame as they’re just cancelling Aulani for me as we speak but appreciate that’s different .
I keep overriding the auto response and it seems to trigger a real person .
They must hate me 😆
