Same, i keep messaging until i get through to someone but then the person who answers has no idea what they are talking about! its so irritating!

We dont even want to cancel! we just need to amend the booking to remove 2 people!

Apparently the Disney team only work Mon-Fri too, so its pretty impossible to get a hold of them if you also work full time!
Luckily i havent had any meetings today which has meant my mobile has been on hold with them since 9am.
1st call cut off after 4 hours and i called straight back to be put at the back of the queue, and im still waiting!
What phone number have you used? The ones I’ve tried just ask me to put in my booking ref and then hang up on me because we’re not flying in 14 days.

It gives you options at first and I have pressed 1, I have been on hold all day!
4 hours on hold to get to 1st in queue for my phone to then cut the call off.
Called back and now have been on hold for almost 3 hours and only 3rd in queue. Keeps telling me the wait time is 1hr, even tough i have been waiting nearly 3!
There was a thread on here, someone said they had got straight through first thing, but no such luck for me.

Will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thank you! Hope you get through! We’re both working full time as well but luckily I’m working from home so I can just keep my phone next to me but it’s still a pain!

Us too, I have sat listening to the same melodic guitar loop all day whilst trying to work! Luckily havent had to take any calls!

I’m exactly the same as you, whole package holiday with virgin. I’ve asked virgin about My tickets for Disney they advised they are still Only letting you print them 30 days before at the moment. Reservation system not open for Disney yet anyway probably another 2 - 3 weeks. We have our fingers crossed the holiday will go ahead, flight changes have been confirmed and seats. We are due to pay balance as well next month.

I tried this text number and managed to rebook for 2021 with it on Saturday.

020 3322 3289

To be honest at first they did not want to help, but I had a phone call on Friday 12th that I wanted to follow up on a question and to rebook. Holiday was cancelled on 26th May and rebooking form completed the same day. I assumed call on Friday was in response to form.

My husband and I hung up at the same time so im hoping it meant you got through!

We managed to get through on Whatapp using his phone, rather than mine.

The lady called back and was so helpful! got it all sorted! They transferred my husband and I's deposit to a new booking, however my mum and dad had to forfeit their deposit as they essentially have cancelled.
Not the perfect outcome however still better than losing all of the money we hve paid.

I hope that you have successfully got through to them, and they managed to help you out!
