I'm now number one in the queue, but have been for maybe 40 minutes. I'll have soon been on the phone 4 hours again, so expect it will cut off...… either that or bang on 5pm when the office closes, I expect the phone calls will cut off.
Frustrating, but I can only imagine they are under immense pressure right now.

Its so frustrating isnt it, but i do feel for them!

We had success using the whatsapp number on a different phone that had previously used that communication method.

I hope you get it sorted soon.

Husband googled it and apparently its an iphone issue?

We’re still waiting for a call back from April. Our balance was due in May. They did say they’re dealing with things in departure order but we think it’ll be July before we hear from them.

My balance was due on 18th May and I filled in the form from the beginning of May and then again as soon as the Disney email landed. I’ve tried WhatsApp, Twitter, found an email address but still no response yet.

I haven’t the heart to try and get through by phone given the length of wait times I’ve been seeing so I guess I’ll just wait. My only issue is that the prices for next year just keep going up and up!

Morning,
I managed to get through when ringing at 9am exactly,

The customer service adviser did, unfortunately, confirm that there isn't a discount for the removal of the free dining plan, I asked how there couldn't be when Disney & ATD are offering the discount - I'm not sure if it's that there isn't a discount now but there will be in the future?

The line then went dead :/
