I cooked Chinese this evening - sweet and sour chicken, beef in black bean sauce and rice.

Chicken bacon and leek potato topped pie. The kids left the leeks, the mushrooms, some of the cheese on the top and every third bit of bacon.

I liked it 😁

It reminds me of those Michael Mckintire skits where he goes into peoples houses removes food from their freezer and then serves it back to them at high end restaurants to see if they can spot it 😁
