We pay monthly from our SunTrust account which we top up using our Revolut card.

We use Revolut to transfer $ into our Suntrust and I just set up the DD for our second contract. So we pay monthly in arrears.
Just be aware, Revolut now charge 68pence for each transfer transaction that is more than one per month, so we have had to change our weekly transfer to one per month. We have a card each so we pay some over each month and exchange onto Revolut when the exchange rate is good.
We love having the US debit card and spending money when we are there. Our credit card bills are much lower now.

Same here, monthly DD through SunTrust & exchange through Revolut, quick & easy.

I leave enough in there to cover one payment incase we ever forget to do the transfer one month.
