I started yoga last year during the first lockdown. Complete novice, but I use free YouTube videos. My favourite is Fightmaster Yoga (sounds scary but thats just her surname haha) I started with her series '30 days of yoga at home for beginners.'

It has a 30 day yoga "journey" which takes you from nothing at the start of the month

There is also a large back catalogue of videos from previous years

Second vote for Yoga with Adrienne. I started doing her videos over a year ago and its one of the few workouts I've managed to continue with. I started with her yoga for complete beginners video. It's only 20 minutes long but it's a great introduction to the practice.

I like Adrainne and stated off with her and Benhi but now prefer Christopher Turner Yoga (on Facebook - some free videos) and on PATREON as he gears more for real beginners like me (over 50 lol) and chair yoga too
