just logged on to my account and my easy jet credit is at zero ! had 700 in there ?

trying to , have messaged on FB and Twitter, will try ringing today , im hoping its been refunded as i got an email yesterday about a holiday i cancelled a couple of weeks ago, all ready had an email for that when i cancelled

Hope you got it sorted. We just used our credit to book our Greece flights for next year, only a little extra to pay so happy with that 😊😊

finally got it sorted out, apparently my credit was under old email address ?! so wonder how come i could see it up until Friday? changed it months ago. any way all good now
