I just had my first weigh in at Slimming World and I lost 8.5lbs! So chuffed and pleased with myself going to have treat night tonight and start back again tomorrow. Hope it continues - I'll be at my planned Florida weight sooner than planned if it does

I really need to do something, every time I think about dieting I become obsessed by food and want to eat even more
