Stavanger - Lysefjord cruise

Hi everyone,

We stop off in Stavanger and would like to do the Lusefjord cruise - does anyone know who the provider is for this? and where we can book that is slightly cheaper than direct through DCL?

I have found this website rodne.no/sightseeing-en/from-stavanger

Would this be the one to use?

Thanks

We used Rodne fjord cruise back in 2014 for a three hour trip. Really enjoyed it.

Thank you. Looks like that's the one I found. It's the one that links from trip advisor too.

Does anyone know if it's the same one as the cruise lines use? Being only 3 hours it's unlikely we will miss it to embark but you never know!

That is the one we used in August. I am not sure if it is the one DCL use. There were other DCL guests on there, but they had all booked themselves.

I think we went on the 10am one and were back in plenty of time. We had very bad weather on our trip though.

if you can do one with a stop at one of the cafes along the fjord, i can recommend - they did Norwegian pancakes which were delicious. We booked a trip with Cunard though so not sure if they packaged it.

We did this will in 2016. It was good. Kids got a littke fed up half way through so i packed colouring and snacks, there are tables inside. They tried water collected by the crew in a bucket coming down the mountains! After we had a little walk around Stavanger and played at a cool park with the Magic in the background!
