We had booked on the french site, 35% off and free kids. As we were there at Christmas there were no deals for the meal plan so we had the paid plan. It was fully worth it for us as like you it meant I knew where we stood with spending money.

Thanks Skye, that's really helpful. Which of the meal plans did you go with? Did you work out (roughly) how much you saved by having meal plan. I'm looking at the Newport Bay Hotel. However, I can't decide between booking the package and just booking a bed and breakfast hotel and buying annual passes. We're in London so always the possibility we could squeeze in a few short breaks. But Newport bay looks really nice.

We had the standard half board. I’m not sure how much we would have saved to be honest. We were two adults and 3 children, and due to the picky nature of the kids we decided paying for buffets was more appealing than ordering them a counter service burger/pizza whatever that they may take 2 bites of and dislike. At least with the buffet they could take a few wee things then go back for more. My 5 year old ate 85 bread rolls at every meal, she loves her carbs 🙈

generally the meal plans at DLP don't provide very good value for money. But they do provide a good way of budgeting for food.

We've chosen to do the Standard meal plan on this trip as my Daughter likes to eat in the buffets so we will have one buffet per day and then the other meal will be a counter service.

Hi all, just reading through this thread... Does anyone know when the current offer of half board etc will run to? Wanting to book for mid October, just thinking do they pull the offer at a certain stage. Thanks in advance

In a similar position. There is no offer on the French site for October yet. It is a gamble, you lock in the 25% and free half board offer now, or wait until Feb 12th, see what the new UK offer is ... or wait to see what the French offer is when it comes out ...

Can anybody remember if Disney had a similar offer on at the beginning of last year and if so can you remember what offer they replaced it with. We are wanting to book for December when we come back from our holiday to Tenerife in 3 weeks time but are now torn whether to wait and see what the next offer might be or should we book now? Do Disney often have special deals on for Disneyland Paris, we have never been before so would be interested in what people say,

We booked 2 nights free for May this year, booked in August last year. They seem to take it on and off of offer. When this current promo stops maybe 2 free will return?

There is almost always an offer. Check all the different countries’ websites too.
