Agreed, however, currently half of it's closed off for a refurb so hopefully there will be some improvements.

I was in there yesterday and it's gone from bad to terrible whilst the "improvement" works are taking place.

As above, there are temporary walls in place blocking off where the works are taking place. All Delta have done is cram the tables & chairs from the closed section into the remaining open space - it felt cramped. On a Tuesday late afternoon / early evening the lounge was not rammed, but there were clearly people in there unable to get a seat who were having to stand to eat / drink.
