Advice for buying tickets from Disney with free magic bands.

Friends of mine are going at Easter to Disney world staying in a villa. They bought their tickets from Disney holidays on the 2nd feb. Apart from the original email to say thanks for buying they have not received any more info from Disney. I assumed they would be emailed with ticket numbers to link to MDE to book fastpasses. There is also no info about picking up magic bands. I�m no help as only ever bought as a package from Disney. Any advice what they should of received. They have got a confirmation number, do they log in to MDE with this and the tickets will automatically link similar to booking a package through them. If anyone has booked the tickets with free magic bands and got any advice that would be great. Thanks

I ordered our tickets when this offer was released in December, I've just checked and I got my booking confirmation on the day that I booked and another email the next day that had the will call number and voucher for the magic bands.

Great thanks. Did you receive separate numbers for the tickets to link for fastpasses or did you manage to put in confirmation number and your booking for tickets was on MDE? They haven�t received anything except the first email. Thanks

I couldn't get mine to link to MDE, but I phoned Disney and they sorted it out for me.
