Combine hotel bookings
Good evening. I’m after some advice if anyone can help please.
I’m about to book 3 nights room only at the Hotel Cheyenne through hotels.com as I will have APs. If I later decide to add on another night, will the Cheyenne be able to link the two bookings so we wouldn’t have to change rooms? Or would we have to check out at 10am and wait until 3pm for the second booking? |

There’s no guarantee, but usually if you call the hotel and give the both booking numbers they can use them to give you the same room for the duration of your trip.

I would email them about a week before you go to ask them to link your two bookings together. The best email to use is dlp.chy.front.office@disney.com

Excited about Disney

I sent them an email before and explained that I had two bookings. I went there the night before with my two booking confirmations and asked if we needed to check out. She said no so we just stayed in the same room.
I would make sure they are the same room type. |
