The crazy golf used to be included in the 14 day pass. Is it excluded now?

No you still get it included before 4pm although some people have managed to play after 4.

No, access to the two mini-golf courses is still included with the UK tickets. One round a day before 4pm (although, as mentioned above, they will often let you play after 4pm).

From Disney's website:

"Disney's 7-Day, 14-Day and 21-Day Ultimate Tickets include unlimited access to 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks, 2 Walt Disney World Water Parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, plus one round per day (prior to 4pm) at Disney's Fantasia Gardens or Summerland Miniature Golf Courses".

I had no idea about the 4 pm limitation and went and played no problem at 7pm last year.
