Presumably the 4 year old is above the minimum height requirements for both rides?

Hi
Yes she meets the height requirements for both, she’s also a daredevil so very unlikely to be scared by them. The thing that concerns me which is making me second guess it is I’ll be sitting in the middle of both of them. They’re both fairly thin children, I know it sounds completely crazy but I’m terrified one of them will slide out on one of the rides! Do you think it’s manageable to do on my own or do you think I should give it a miss? Probably being completely irrational but having not taken them on my own before I’ve not had to worry about this stuff before ! |

Going back to my post #5 when we last rode it in 2010 like I said there were no lap restraints at all - no belt and no bar that closed over your legs.
We were in line somewhere near the sign saying "you're not scared of getting a bit wet are you" and we were directly behind an American mother and her, I guess, around 8 year old son. The boy was having serious second thoughts until his mum said "Look the logs don't even have belts so it can't be that bad". Last seen the boy was happily boarding. Mick

Sorry you misunderstood me.
They had no restraints in 2010 but they do now but we haven't ridden it since. Don't know if it's a bar or belt. The point I was making was that it was perfectly safe for kids back in 2010 so it will be even safer now. Mick

I would think you would be fine on both. Dh and me are both “pooh size” and fit comfortably together on this ride. So I would say an average size adult, maybe even a bigger adult would be fine with children xx

I've sat in a row on Thunder Mountain as three adults! It was very squashed and we were a bit confused when the CM only told us one row but made the ride hilariously funny. You'll definitely get one adult and two kids in a row!
