I stayed the same. Got a lot going on but not gaining so that ok.

2nd weigh in with sw, I lost 2.5lbs to add to the 5 last week. 7.5 in total and a wee sticker, very happy. Well done to everyone else

Just 0.5 lb for me this week but did practically no exercise and lots of eating on the go because it has been a busy week at work. Let's see what the bank holiday brings! 😂 What are everyone's plans? We're at a fun day with FREE CAKE ON Saturday then going away for 2 days so it's not looking good for me! Xx

Well done everyone! I had the most stressful week of the year last week (coursework deadline time) and spent the weekend eating cheese! So I didn’t lose any weight. Been slightly better this week but will get back to it properly from Monday (lots of birthday meals out over bank holiday! )

I’ve lost half a stone but another stone to lose before I’m back to where I was a year ago when i got married. I’m 13.7, and starting week 3 of c25k. Hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday weekend

We got back on Friday, packed up my mum and dad and sent them off for a cruise (well two back to back!) and have spent the weekend moving furniture and ripping out the old kitchen ready for the floor to be skimmed/leveled tomorrow. We have also made time to enjoy the sunshine in the back garden (only sorry that the sunshine that returned with us isnt staying for longer  )Now ... not sure how I did it as made very good use of the DDP, but total weight gain of 0.8lb for me

Welcome new joiners x Gem, hope it was a fab holiday and that’s a teeny gain . I’m still going round in circles. Bit of a gain at end of last week but pulled it back at the weekend,

Stayed the same.
Need to put in some consistent effort Walking lots but eating too many carby or sugary treats. Sunshine = salad so that should help  Have a good week all

Put on 0.5lb which isn't unsurprising considering all the food I've eaten this weekend! I need to make a more consistent effort with exercise and am trying to fit it in on my dinner breaks. That's a really small gain for a holiday Gem, well done! Have a good 4 day week everyone! X
