Weigh in day today and I only went and did it! 2.2lb off so that’s my first stone (and a little bit extra) gone seriously can’t get the smile off my face right now! Halfway to the end goal now too which feels great!

Weigh day today for me. 1.5lb loss for this week. Happy with that.

That sees me at a 1 and a half stone drop so far this year. Would like another stone gone by the end of May.

Thank you both! I'm really pleased and hitting that first target felt great! Still got another stone to go though and hoping to have that off by mid July for our holiday - although mid June would be great as i'm heading to a concert then but i'm expecting the losses to slow as I get closer to target so not sure how realistic that is.
